Conditions of Boarding

General

The daily rate is charged from the day of entry up to and including the day of departure.
Any animal left in the kennels for more than 2 weeks beyond the agreed departure date without any contact from the owners will, after every possible effort has been made to contact the owners or persons responsible, be classified as abandoned and removed from the kennels to an official establishment for this purpose.
Should the need arise a vet may be called at the discretion of the proprieters. All fees and charges in excess of Ł50 will be the responsibility of the owner.
Payment is required in full upon collection. A deposit may be required in certain circumstances and for long term bookings. Prior arrangements relating to month end bookings must be made.
Any cancellation not notified within 48 hours of commencement of booking will leave the customer liable to payment of 50% of the total booking value.
Any person failing to honour a booking without any notification will be liable for payment in full.
Should an animal on arrival require treatment for internal or external parasites (fleas, worms, etc) then a charge will be levied for this.
Special rates may apply for special feeding requirements.
